Sale of District property located at Great Oaks and O'Connor

Brushy Creek MUD has engaged a commercial real estate broker to market property located at the corner of O’Connor and Great Oaks for retail or residential development. The District will only accept proposals for projects that are compatible with the neighborhood location. Development will be restricted as to the type of business and as to the style of buildings and set-backs. An example, but not a complete list, of development that will not be allowed is can be found here.
