Mandatory Stage II Conservation Conditions in Effect

The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District (District) has declared Stage II Conservation Conditions effective October 1, 2013. If extreme drought conditions continue the BRA and the District may require implementation of additional mandatory stages of the District's Water Conservation Plan

At this time the District is urging all its customers to review and utilize the mandatory watering schedule, as well as other water conservation tips and measures using the links below. Violators are subject to fines set out in Section XI of the Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan.
