Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents:

We are writing to inform you about a recent development concerning the Pepper Rock Park playscape that required our immediate attention.

On a routine inspection, our Parks team identified two pieces of playscape equipment--the boogie board and the oodle swing—showing signs of significant deterioration. Considering the safety of our community members, we promptly removed these two pieces of equipment to prevent any potential accidents or injuries.

We sent both pieces back to the manufacturer for replacement. We want to assure you we are working to expedite this process and should have replacement pieces installed within four to six weeks.

We understand the importance of Pepper Rock Park as a recreational space for families and children, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The safety of our residents is our top priority, and we believe this action is essential to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.
