Cat Hollow HOA Updating Neighborhood Signage

Recently several questions have been raised about the construction of the new neighborhood signage on O’Connor at the intersections of Great Oaks and 620. This neighborhood sign renovation is being coordinated by the Cat Hollow Homeowners Association (CHHOA), a private entity. Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District (District) is a public entity which is not affiliated in any way with the HOA. Brushy Creek MUD has no involvement in the project.

Some of the confusion may stem from the District’s upcoming project for the renovation of the entry sign at Cat Hollow Park located at the corner of O’Connor and Liberty Walk. Currently that project is in the design stage and will include the incorporation of 3 of the large cats that were removed by the CH HOA and donated to the District.
