Modest Water Rate Increase
At the October 12, 2017 meeting the Board of Directors approved a modest water rate increase to be implemented in two increments. The first rate change will be effective for water usage commencing after January 31, 2018 and the second increase will be effective in 2020. Residents will receive a letter in the mail with more details by early December. To view the letter click here.
