Community Center Boiler Replacement

Location: Brushy Creek MUD Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX

Estimated Time Frame: Preliminary work for this project began in fall 2025. We will update this page when a more specific timeline for completion is available. 

Description: Work for this project involves improving the boiler and fixing other related HVAC issues at the Community Center.

Impact to Community: There is a possibility of temperature fluctuations while work is underway, but no other impact is anticipated for Community Center guests at this time.
