Sendero Springs Park playscape design and replacement

Estimated time frame: Currently in the design phase, this project is estimated to be in construction from spring 2024 - summer 2024. Additionally, the BCMUD Board of Directors approved the construction plans to go out to bid. The bidding process is anticipated to last about six weeks. Construction will follow. 

Description: The park's current playscape will be replaced with a new, innovative design.

Impact to the community: Only the playscape will be closed while the project is ongoing. Visitors will still have access to the rest of Sendero Springs Park.
