Cat Hollow Lift Station Rehabilitation Project

Location: O’Conner Drive directly north of H-E-B

Estimated time frame: This project is in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin summer 2024 and be complete in one year, weather permitting.

Description: This project includes the rehabilitation of an existing lift station, as well as the installation of a permanent emergency generator to allow for continuous operation during power outages.

Impact to the community: Beyond construction noises directly adjacent to the project site, there is no impact to the community. Once complete, this project will improve the reliability of continuous wastewater service during power outages. Construction work for this project is funded by money allocated from the American Rescue Plan Act.
