10/31/2014 - District seeking pricing proposals for Brushy Creek North Water System Replacement Project

Brushy Creek North Water System Replacement Project RFP

The District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the construction of approximately 27,000 feet of new 8" water mains in the Brushy Creek North neighborhood with associated appurtenances and services.  The work will require cut and removal of approximately 120 LF of existing asbestos cement pipe. 

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2014, at the Brushy Creek Community Center at 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX  78681.  Sealed proposals shall be opened by the District at 2:01 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at the Brushy Creek Community Center at 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX  78681.  Sealed proposals and required info must be addressed to Tami Nagar, Admin Services Specialist, and received by the deadline above.

RFP, plans, specifications and other bid documents are available to interested vendors by clicking HERE to first Register as a Vendor.  Once registered, all bid documents will be emailed to the Vendor.  OR Vendors may obtain the documents from Halff Associates Inc., Two Sierra Way, Suite 105, Georgetown, TX  78626 for $75 per set (non-refundable).  Prospective bidders who acquire digital versions of the project materials must notify Tami Nagar at t.nagar@bcmud.org that they are plan holders and provide contact info.  Failure to notify BCMUD of plan acquisition may be grounds for disqualification of bids.

Brushy Creek MUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
