Please join us for Brushy Creek’s first ever District Wide Play Date! On November 8, 2009 from 1 to 3 pm at Pepper Rock Park, neighborhood children can participate in the National Children’s Books Day by celebrating with Brushy Creek. Children will enjoy an afternoon of sharing their favorite books, a book mark craft, cupcakes and punch, story time with Round Rock Leader contributor Gwen King, puppet shows, games, bounce castles and free classes from Kinderdance and My Smart Hands. Entrance into this event is FREE with an age appropriate children’s book to turn into the book exchange. All children who bring a book will leave with a new book to enjoy. The District will also be collecting book to donate to local children’s shelters by way of the Pajama Program. Pepper Rock Park is located at 8609 Pepper Rock Drive, Round Rock, TX 78717.
