Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents,

The fitness gym at the BCMUD Community Center, located at 16318 Great Oaks Drive, received cutting-edge new exercise equipment this January.

If you’re not already a member, now is the time to sign up and take advantage of our new Deadlift Elite, Hip Thrust Elite, and Smith machine!

These machines are easy to use and designed to safely isolate glute, hip, and leg muscles, adding a whole new dimension to your workout.

Additionally, Starting March 24, Community Center staff will provide free demonstrations on how to properly use the new equipment each Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
