6/6/2024 - NOTICE: Service disconnect date for non-payment is June 11

Dear Customers,

As a friendly reminder, please review your account to ensure that it is up to date. Should you have any past due balances, please make a payment before June 11 at 7 p.m. to ensure uninterrupted water services.

If your service is disconnected, the past due balance and the 10% late fee must be paid IN FULL before service will be restored. Further, your account will be subject to a $30 Service Administration Fee for disconnection of service and an additional $30 Service Administration Fee for reconnection of service.  These Service Administration Fees are not required to be paid as a condition of restoration of service, but will be added to your next bill. 

Once the past due amount and 10% Late Fee have been received in full, service will be restored the next business day unless you request service to be restored on the same day, after normal business hours, or during weekends or holidays.  Requests for expedited reconnection of services will result in additional surcharges as indicated below. The amount of surcharges are set forth on the District’s website (bcmud.org) or may also be obtained by phone at (512) 255 7871. These surcharges will also be added to your next bill.

Water Bill Payments can be made in person, online, by phone, or drive-thru white drop box located at the Community Center driveway entrance.
