Sign up for SMS Notifications

How to opt in for SMS notifications: 

    • Go to https://bcmud.epayhub.com (or scan the QR code below) and log in or create an account
    • On the home page, go to Help/User Profile/I want to change my communication preferences
    • Click the checkmark to agree to terms and conditions
    • Enter the desired phone number 
    • Click SAVE to submit the changes 

Examples of SMS emergency texts: 

    • Boil water notices 
    • Positive test results for West Nile Virus
    • Extreme weather
    • Water main breaks that result in road closures 
    • Changes in drought stages
