Reverse 911
The Brushy Creek MUD has an emergency messaging system as a way to communicate critical information to District customers during an emergency. This type of system is often referred to as "reverse 911". We run semiannually tests on our systems to ensure everything is running smoothly. Our next test is scheduled for June 22, 2023 as a District-wide test call.
We are asking all District customers to sign up for the emergency messaging system by submitting the below online update form:
*Note: The primary phone number on your water account is the number used for our Reverse 911 calls. Submitting a Reverse 911 Information update form will change the primary phone number on your water account.
