3/30/2020 - Disc Golf Course CLOSED

BCMUD CAT HOLLOW DISC GOLF COURSE CLOSED

In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 and encourage social distancing, the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District Board of Directors has made the decision to close the Cat Hollow Park Disc Golf Course until further notice. This action is intended to strengthen our community’s response to the
Stay Home Stay Safe Order  issued by Williamson County on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.

The closing of the disk golf course is also in alignment of the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA), which has suspended sanctioned events and reached out to members with the following request: “While we know you want to be out playing right now, we need your help to set a good example for communities everywhere. That is why we are asking disc golfers to skip the course and stay home.” See statement from PDGA Medical Committee.

As per the Stay Home Stay Safe Order, public and private gatherings of any number of people outside a residence are prohibited except for the limited purposes identified in the Order.
