Inclement weather guidelines 

Weather conditions are the responsibility of Brushy Creek M.U.D. to track and make coaches, officials, and players aware of potential dangers posed by forecasted weather conditions. If the weather conditions warrant communications, they will be sent out by the Sports and Fitness Supervisor, after discussion with the Community Center Manager. The following will be taken into consideration to monitor potential concerns for outdoor practices and games; radar, lightning detection and field conditions. 

In ALL cases, Brushy Creek M.U.D. will keep the safety of it's players, members and spectators as its highest priority. 

In a situation where weather has an impact on league participation, the following will be communicated. 

Practice & Game Cancellation: Based on the three factors listed above, practices/games will be called day of no later than an hour before start time.  Communication will be sent out by the Youth League Specialist through quickscores. 

Make - Up Games: Each season is built to accommodate for one week of missed practices and games. If we have a particularly rainy season the Youth League Specialist will reach out with options on season extensions.
