4th of July Parade & Festival

Celebrate Independence Day Brushy Creek-style. Join the parade or enjoy watching the colorful floats and walkers! Awards are given for the most patriotic parade participants. The festival includes food vendors and activities for all ages. Including everyone's favorite "spray down" from the Sam Bass Fire Department truck!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: 

8:30 AM : Parade Line - Up (Liberty Walk & Northfield)
9:00 AM : Parade Begins (starts at Liberty Walk & Northfield)
9:30 AM : Live Music 
10:00 AM: Dessert Contest
10:30 AM: Dessert Contest Winners Announced
11:30 AM: Festival Concludes  

Parade Details

The parade line-up will begin at 8:30 am at Liberty Walk and Northfield. The parade will start at 9:00 am and end in Cat Hollow Park at 9:30 am. Everyone is welcome to join us, and groups are encouraged!

Awards will be given for the following categories:

• Most Patriotic Walker
• Most Patriotic Pet
• Most Patriotic Group
• Most Patriotic Bike/Trike/Wagon
• Most Patriotic Float
• Judge's Favorite

**Road Closure: Liberty Walk will be closed from O'Connor to Northfield starting at 8:00 am until all parade participants are off Liberty Walk
