Topic Tours:The blue Zones

We’ll watch the much-talked about series that shows us the secrets of how to live a longer, healthier life: “Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones”. In part 1 of this stunning series we’ll travel to Okinawa Japan, the villages of Sardinia, and a sunny suburb of California. In part 2 we’ll explore a Greek island, Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula and Singapore, finishing up in the United States. Come join us for one or both parts - we’ll have snacks!
