SEATED PILATES
Improve your strength and flexibility with a focus on the core. Do you know what your core does for you? Your core (belly, sides and back) keeps you standing and walking. Having a strong core is the secret to improving your balance and reducing injury. This introductory class will help you gain confidence in your ability to stand and walk. The gentle exercises in this class will be done while seated or standing with the support of a high backed chair.
