Join us for US Masters Swimming, a premier adult swim program that helps swimmers of all levels get stronger, faster, and more confident in the water! It’s about structured workouts, stroke technique, and real feedback from trained instructors. 

The class offers guided sessions that combine tailored workouts with focused skill development. Instructors help break down stroke mechanics, fine-tune technique, and deliver personalized feedback so you can swim smarter, not just harder. 

The class is held at Sendero Springs Pool, and the pool is heated during cooler weather to ensure a comfortable experience. 

Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 
5:45 a.m. - 6:45 a.m.

Ages:  18 years & up

Pricing: $75 for Community Center Members, $80 for Residents, and $85 for Non-Residents for the month long session.
