Weight Room Rules
Community Center Weight Room Rules
Youth 12-14 years of age must be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent or guardian. Youth ages 15 and up are allowed unaccompanied access.
Users are limited to 30 minutes per cardio machine during peak hours.
Be courteous and allow others to use equipment/machines between sets.
Shirts and appropriate attire are required at all times. No pants, jeans, or shorts with metal rivets.
No sandals or open-toed shoes are allowed.
Only non-glass, re-sealable drink containers are allowed in the room.
Equipment must be wiped off after each use with paper towels and disinfectant.
Do not drop or slam weights. Re-rack weights after use.
No outside personal trainers are allowed to train participants. Only personal trainers on staff are allowed.
No food in the Weight Room.
