Sendero Springs Pool Facility Improvements

Estimated time frame: Work for the entire project began during Q3 2024. Project work to resurface bathrooms and replace coping, or the stonework border of the pool, is scheduled to begin April 22, 2024, and anticipated completion is May 1, 2024. 

Description: Work includes improving the bathroom through pressure washing, making preliminary facility repairs, and painting the perimeter fence.

Impact to the community: The pool will be closed while work is underway, and there will be construction noises during the construction process, which will continue as weather permits. Check pool hours for updated information on the Sendero Springs pool closure.
