• Approved Board Meeting Minutes: July 11, 2024 and July 18, 2024.
• Accepted report concerning Board Contingency and Unassigned Funds and the Capital Outlay, Projects, and Fund Balance Reserves.
• Accepted report concerning Parks and Recreation operations.
• Accepted the bids and selection of CourTex and court color scheme option #L2 Blue/Green for the Cat Hollow Basketball Court Resurfacing Project
• Approved CourTex and Adopted Order No. 24-0808-01 Approving contract for the Cat Hollow Basketball Court Resurfacing Project with funding from the FY24 Operating Budget.
• Adopted Order 24-0808-02 approving revisions to the Youth Scholarship Program.
• Adopted Order 24-0808-03 approving revisions to the Parks and Recreation Fees and Rates.
• Adopted Order 24-0808-04 approving revisions to the Brushy Creek Community Center Policy for Meeting Room, Gym, and Garden Pavilion Rentals.
• Adopted Order 24-0808-05 approving revisions to the District Project Policy.
• Approved to move forward with PAR consult study to include the priorities from staff and deliverable from 2010 district goals
• Approved the Aquatics, Community Center Garden, Brushy Creek Water Facility, and Project Management and Geographical Information System.
• Approved budget dollars adjustments between projects and board contingency as follows:
• Approved the following FY 24 Budget adjustments:
  •  $200K from Cost Center 525 and GL 6321 to Board Contingency, relating to Intake Raw Water Pump 1 not requiring previously anticipated repairs to remove Zebra Mussel shells.
  • $21.1K from Cost Center 540 and GL 5901 to Board Contingency, relating to making in-house repairs to Angelico Pond Spillway, rather than outsourcing as originally budgeted.
  • $45K from Board Contingency to FY 24 Budget Management and Operations Cost Center 500 and GL 6154 related to the higher-than-anticipated number of required water meter replacements.
• Adopted order 24-0808-06 with the following proposed tax rates for tax year 2024:
  • District Maintenance and Operation (M&O) Tax Rate $0.301653 per $100 AV
  • District Debt Service (I&S) Tax Rate $0.100000 per $100 AV
  • Defined Area Maintenance and Operation (M&O) Tax Rate $.000000 per $100 AV
  • Defined Area Debt Service (I&S) Tax Rate $0.100000 per $100 AV

• Approved the publication of a notice reflecting the Board's vote on the proposed tax rates and scheduling a hearing for adoption of the final tax rates for the August 22, 2024 meeting.
• Adopted Order 24-0808-07 Amending the District's Investment Policy and Investment Strategies.
• Adopted Order 24-0808-08 calling an Election for Directors with direction to attach 2024 Voting Center Information (polling locations, hours and dates) after receipt from Williamson County.
• Adopted Order 24-0808-09 approving Joint Election Agreement and Agreement with Williamson County for Election Services and to authorize execution by the General Manager.
• Adopted Resolution 24-0808-01 approving Voting Equipment Form.
• Authorized Notice of Election, by posting, to provide notice of election to Williamson County and to post notice of election on the District website. The final form of the Notice will be revised to include precinct, location, time and date language not yet provided by Williamson County.

• Approved Subba Raju Dalta as the At-Large for Brushy Creek North and Sendero Springs on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Member.
• Adopted Order 24-0822-01 approving amendment to STANDARD AGREEMENT WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY REGARDING OFF-DUTY CONTRACTING OF COUNTY SHERIFF DEPUTIES relating to vehicle usage rate.
• Adopted Order 24-0822-05 , approving the revised Independent Contractor Agreement for new Off-duty Security and Patrol Services, and to Adopted Order 24-0822-06, approving an amendment to all current Independent Contractor Agreements with Williamson County Off-duty Deputies with an hourly rate of $65.
• Accepted the Surplus Personal Property Disposition Report and the Surplus Personal Property Not Moving Report on most recent activity.
• Approved the May 2024 monthly financial reports as presented.
• Adopted Order 24-0822-02 Approving the following job descriptions.
• Adopted Order 24-0822-03 Approving the FY24 annual Karst BioMonitoring Report to U.S. Fish and Wildlife (USFWS).
• Accepted Shared Services operations and projects report.
• Accepted Public Works Operations report as presented.
• Approved emergency repairs of fan coil units (FCU) 3 & 4 at the Water Treatment Facility, not to exceed $110,000.
• Approved Order 24-0822-04 Approving Professional Service Agreement Amendment No. 2 with MRB for Sam Bass project construction phase services with costs of these services being reimbursed by Williamson County.
