• Plumber Registration Form
• Backflow Test Form
• Water Heater Repair or Installation
• Water Softener Repair or Installation
• Alterations to Water, Sewer or Gas Lines  

Permit applications must be submitted by a registered plumber with current information on file. To register with the District please fill out the Registration form including supporting documentation of license and insurance. All Backflow Devices are to be submitted to Brushy Creek on the approved test from, not the city of Round Rock or Austin.
