Cooking with Lina - Yogurt and Cucumber Salad
Make a healthy, refreshing side with just a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
2 cups of plain yogurt
1 cucumber
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh / dry mint
Drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
- Crush garlic and add to bowl
- Finely chop cucumber and add to bowl with garlic
- Add yogurt and salt
- Drizzle the olive oil
- Mix well
Enjoy as a side dish next to rice and kabob, or just by itself!
