Tumeric Cake (Sfouf)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Tumeric powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup pine nuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add liquid ingredients
- Whisk it all together for a couple minutes
- Transfer to a baking tray
- Add pine nuts and let it rest for 10 minutes
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when stuck in the middle
