Tabbouleh Salad

Today Lina shows us how to make her Tabbouleh Salad.  The ingredients must be chopped by hand.  This recipe is made for two.  You can double the amount to feed more.  Recipe follows below the video - Enjoy!


1 bunch of fresh parsley
2 Roma tomatoes or 1 big tomato
3 green onion leaves or a quarter of a white onion
2 tablespoons bulgur (cracked wheat)
Juice of a lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
A pinch of salt

  • Wash your vegetables very well
  • In a bowl soak your bulgur with the lemon juice
  • Chop the parsley finely
  • Add to the soaked bulgur
  • Cut the tomatoes and add to the mixture
  • Cut the onions and add to the mixture
  • Add pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of dry mint
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Mix it very well

Best eaten with lettuce
