Just in time for Valentine’s day, come discover how to make a tartlet for your special someone. Sylvie will show us how to make pâte sablée (a sweet, but not too sweet pastry) which you can then fill with something sweet or savory. Filling choices for this crust are numerous: chocolate, coffee, fruit, caramel, etc. Join us for this tasty event!
