RESTART®  Nutrition Class

RESTART your health in just 6 weeks with this program. Whether you just need a quick reset to get your body back into balance or are embarking on a new health journey, the RESTART program is the perfect place to start!  An empowering combination of education, whole foods challenge and support group all wrapped into one! This program includes 6 weekly 75 minute interactive meetings, a step by step process to prepare for the reset, email check-ins, recipes, meal ideas and an most importantly invaluable education that will help you set up your home and lifestyle for long term nutritional success.

RESTART® will show you how to use REAL FOOD to make you feel better and more alive by boosting your energy, reducing inflammation, and reducing sugar and carb cravings all in just a few short weeks.  RESTART participants will leave the program feeling empowered, as well as lighter, energized and in control of their eating habits. 

Join Renee Combs, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified RESTART® Instructor as she guides and supports you through the 6-week nutrition journey.  You will gain invaluable knowledge, tips and habits that will last you and your family a lifetime.
