No Liability

Under no circumstances shall the District, its officers, employees, agents, contractors or representatives be liable for loss of any kind or for indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind, even if the loss or damages arise from any premises defect or negligence of the District or its employees or contractors. Every person who uses the District’s park and pool facilities assumes and is solely responsible for any personal injury that may arise in connection therewith.
