Stage 4 Emergency Water Conservation Schedule

In the event of Stage 4 Conditions, the General Manager or Board, in their respective discretion, may without prior notice, invoke all or any of the Demand Management Response Measures set forth in this Plan as "Emergency Response Measures" to achieve a reduction in water use that results in a daily demand equivalent to sixty percent (60%) of the production capacity of the available supply facilities.

Demand Management Measures

1. Landscape irrigation is prohibited.  Trees may be watered by drip irrigation, soaker hose or hand-held hose consistent with the Stage 3 water schedule.  
2. The watering of the ground around foundations is prohibited except by hand-held hoses or soaker hoses and in compliance with Stage 3 watering schedule.
