Information For Potential Cook-Off Teams
We would like to thank you for your interest in registering to be part of the 10th Annual Brushy Creek Backyard BBQ Cook-Off.
For the 2017 BBQ Cook-Off we will only be accepting 50 Cook-Off teams.
- BCMUD resident registration and vendor registration begins January 16, 2017
- Returning Cook Off Team registration begins January 30, 2017
- Open Registration begins February 13, 2017
Competition registration forms MUST be mailed or MUST be date stamped by a customer service representative if hand delivered to the Brushy Creek Community Center.

Everyone comes out to our Annual BBQ Cook off & Family Festival from the delicious aroma of BBQ in the air, and well you guessed it, they want to eat it!! We want to offer the opportunity for teams to vend their BBQ at our event which gives those in attendance a chance to buy and eat some good ole’ BBQ!
This is an awesome fundraiser for your church or any other organization you need to raise money for! It is a fun way for a group to get together to raise money for a good cause! It is free for Non -Profits and it is only $75 dollars for resident teams and $125 for non resident teams to register. There is also a $50 refundable cleaning deposit required for all food vendors.We have between 3,000-5,000 people in attendance each year so you would easily recover the registration fee and make some money for a good cause!
We are only accepting food and business vendors for this year's event! We are FULL with vendors for the 2017 event!
